ABS material properties

ABS plastic has properties ideal for the manufacturing industry:

Bonding ABS

Solvent adhesives for ABS plastics are used for bonding ABS, which are based on toluene or methyl chloride. Polycarbonate adhesives can also be used.

Uses of ABS

ABS is used in the manufacture of bottles, travel cases and furniture. It is used extensively in automotive applications - bumpers, covers, car interiors, ... It also has a role in 3D printing. It is used for most of the LEGO bricks.Due to its health safety and temperature resistance, it is used in the production of baby bottles (does not contain BPA - Bisphenol A).

We supply ABS boards

ABS boards are made to order in a certain minquantities (500 kg, 1t , 2t, 3t - depending on the manufacturer, type of material, etc.)
Combination with other materials (ABS/PMMA, ABS/PC, ABS/ASA, etc.) is possible.Coextrusion is possible.
The design is smooth, patterned, in thicknesses of 2.0 - 10.0 mm and in dimensions 1500 x 1000 mm or to order, shades according to RAL or Pantone.ABS boards cannot be stored for long periods of time due to moisture absorption of the material.
